For Ticket holders
Beginning October 15th, 2022:
Theater will be sold to full capacity without social distancing. Masks are recommended, but not required for all ticket holders regardless of vaccination status.
If you are unable to attend a performance because you are sick, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19 or don’t meet the requirements outlined above, you may call the Box Office at 216.687.0074 to exchange your tickets or request a refund.
While these policies are intended to ensure everyone at convergence-continuum stays healthy and safe, they do not guarantee protection against COVID-19. Ticket holders assume their own risk when they enter the theater.
For convergence-continuum staff
Beginning September 23, 2021, all convergence-continuum staff, except those who have received an accommodation for medical or religious purposes, must be fully vaccinated. All convergence-continuum staff are required to wear masks regardless of vaccination status.
